LASERSINTERING METAL.
As with PA laser sintering, laser melting also produces complex components and moulds from a metal powder in a very short time.

Additively manufactured metal components can be used without restrictions. Their material properties are in no way inferior to conventionally manufactured components, such as cast parts. On the contrary, the advantages of Beo additive manufactured components result in negligible microporosity and no cavities.

Components manufactured by laser melting can be mechanically reworked and welded using all conventional methods. Heat treatment can be used to set specific mechanical parameters.

The design of components during laser melting allows greater flexibility, since production limits are not defined by the necessary tools.

Tool-free additive manufacturing is ideal for the production of metal components with complex geometry such as tool inserts made of hot-work steel with close contour cooling for pressure and injection moulding tools or components from the motorsport field.
